I showed up as a walk in an hour after opening. The shop was very nice. Since this was my first tattoo I was somewhat nervous that Id get some ornery biker dude with no personality and angry at the world. Well, to say the least, I was pleasantly surprised and my stereotypes busted when greeted by Brandon. He was very professional and had an awesome demeanor. I had brought in some ideas on a thumb drive. He slapped it into his computer and we went over my ideas. Never once did he try to steer me away from the genre I was after. He provided professional advice as to which ones would better meet my needs. Throughout the entire 4 1/2 hour procedure we had awesome conversations which eased my nerves. He was very respectful and listened to my ideas on coloring. I had ideas of the colors that I liked and listened to his opinions as well. There was never any conflict of ideas. The whole experience was awesome and would highly recommend Brandon for your tattoo. I will be going back for my next one. Oh, and most importantly the tattoo turned out awesome. Great shading and detail. This guy knows what hes doing, very talented.

You wouldnt expect it from the shopping center, but this is one of the cleanest, nicest, most comfortable shops I have ever been in. The artwork that I received there was just fantastic. the artist really took his time and listened to what I had to say. I put down my drawing deposit and then when I came back to look at my piece it looked great. I asked him to tweak something and he was more than willing to take care of it on the spot. I must say that I love my new ink. Ward(my artist) and all of the rest of the staff there were amazing. Oh and all of the art on the walls is so inspirational!

I went in with my daughter who was getting a cross tattoo. The girl that was going to do the tattoo came out and said that it was "F...ing retarded" to get such a small cross. She gave a reason that I felt was honestly was none of her business. Needless to say my daughter got her money back and will never return to this shop. This person did not no me or my daughter and was disrespectful to use that kind of language. What is wrong with people and their ignorance.

To start, I have been to many tattoo shops and Roses & Ruins is the best Ive been to yet. Kevin, my tattoo artist was very professional and easy to talk to. I loved the fact that he really listened about what I wanted and put together a great custom tattoo. The shop was very clean and I never felt out of place when being there. My tattoo is amazing and was priced perfectly! I highly recommend, not just Kevin, but Roses & Ruins as a whole.

Went first thing Saturday morning finished in less than 2 hours. Had a fabulous tattoo that is flawless! Very happy with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. They make sure they give you what you want not what you think you want! Very clean and they make sure to be very attentive to your needs and what your wanting as an experience as a sterile and fun tattoo environment!

I had some work done by Elyse who was just AMAZING. My husband also had some work done at the same time by Luis and it was AWESOME! Needless to say we will be back for more.

Got my second tattoo on my arm here from Betsy, and its fabulous. The shop was clean, and inviting. There was a lot of sitting space while I was waiting, and tons of art on the walls and books to look at. Not to mention every artists own personal touches to their booths. Betsy was amazing, and Im probably not going to any other shop, ever.

Very disappointed . My husband and I put together our own tattoos . The artist barely looked at them and said no he could not do it instantly. The company will lose our money and friends as well. Thanks for the great attitude and ( not even) trying to work with us or give us suggestions.
