I was there today and they were supposed to be open and they werent. They are supposed to open at 10 and I was there at 10:30 and they werent open, I stayed there for half an hour and they never opened. I also called and they didnt answer. I was really disappointed, they are usually pretty good at customer service, but not today.

A so so store. depends on who you get. For instance today somebody (a woman, didnt give a name) answered the phone like I had called them at thier house and was crazy rude and short with me. I dont even know if they were truthful in answering the question I asked. They hung up promptly.

They never answer the store phone! Ive called many times throughout the week to see if they have a game and never get an answer. Do they just ignore the phone when it rings??? Based on the other persons review below it sounds like theyre running the place to the ground.

Very little in stock, some new releases never arrive on time. They never open on time leaving several people waiting outside. Even close early at times. Most employees have no idea what theyre selling, when items come in, etc..

The employees in this store are completely uneducated about their products. The manager should be fired and the staff retrained. It is too bad that Gamestop has such a monopoly over the market.

Pretty good service, employees are nice and friendly, but I dislike the " sell us your game for $5 and we will turn on youre back and sell it for $30. " ,deal. Hope you guys see this!

Its just a regular gamestop, except theres most of the time this one guy who works there and he always seems like he doesnt really care about anything
