The worst hospitality Ive ever received. It was the closest one to us, drove 30 minutes and we called ahead saying we would be there at 9, and we showed up at 9 with all of their lights on, and they just shook their heads and told us to go away, we new what game we wanted and it only wouldve taken 30 seconds to get in and out. Other places are concerned with hospitality and keeping customers happy, but not this place. These employees dont care about the customers at all. And this isnt the first time this has happened to me at this location with these employees.

Called to see about trading in some VHS for in store credit. The woman I talked to said they couldnt give prices over the phone, since they cant see condition. Totally understand that. What she didnt tell me, was that they arent accepting any VHS, AT ALL. I drove an hour, to walk in the door, have them barely look, tell me they didnt accept VHS, and turn around and walk back out. Could have told me that over the phone. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. Never going here again.

The selection in terms of CDs, movies and games is above average. Ive been treated politely and had candid conversations with staff. Though on the negative I have been treated rudely before. It sometimes can take them a while to get a new release in (Though to be fair they arent a large chain. Hence why I patron them.) and the prices of their retro video games can be too high (Ive gone to other locations and found the same titles for less.).

Highly recommend this place if you are a metal music lover like me. This place is my new addiction. Typically in most of the record stores Ive been in they dont really have a good selection of underground metal records if any at all. Although I already have most of the ones I saw here I was still impressed that they have them. They also carry a lot of video games and movies if thats your thing.

I bought a sega 32x from this store and the people said they tested it and that it worked. So I realized that also the thing did not come with the video in cable that connects from you Genesis to the 32x. So I took it home and the stupid thing does not work they lied to me do not go here.
