Sore full of liars!! I called at 3:30pm and asked what they are paying (cash) for a PS4. That was literally taken out of the box not even two months ago, so by no means was it brand new in the box, but also so scratches or marks of any kind because it sat on a tv stand for almost two months, so they told me 140. I went to the store about 45 min later and they offered me 175 store credit and $90 cash. And I said I just spoke with you and you said $140. And he had the balls to say, o we have to take $50 of for a refurbishment charge, and I asked him to explain what exactly had to be refurbished and the girl said, we we have to fix the glass part. And then we have to wipe it down, theres some dust on it. First off this is no glass piece of a ps4 and second they had the balls to tell me because it was a little dusty and they had to wipe it down that warrants a $50 fee, and if I wouldve wiped it down I would have got the $140. Then when I ask how come the $50 fee is reflected it the the store credit value. She said after thinking about it for about 45 seconds that it is and I wouldve got $245. And then I asked her it what world those numbers added up and I could tell she was up set I caught her in a lie. And I said I would never take a store credit from the because I would rather flush money down the toilet then spend At a GameStop. The first and last time I will ever visit one of these scam artist.

Apart from shopping occasionally for family and friends the store as far as the products offered is pretty much standard for whats offered in the area; however, service there stinks. No matter how many employees they switch out they still have the same type of characteristics; whereas, they talk about clients that leave there store as Ive witnessed on more than one occasion, when asking direct questions about certain products it seems moreso of a bother to get the information needed; In addition, making a call to that particular location compared to another not far from there they either almost never pick up the phone or leave you on hold for 20 plus minutes as Ive just experienced today then hang up the line rather than picking it up to verify if client is still on hold. Quiet frankly this is just bad business! In addition, to writing this short notice Ive taken the liberty of contacting corporate through their email to see how this matter will be handled seeing as no matter how long it maybe before I decide to deal with this location periodically which is possibly every few months from moving officially to the area, the service is still the same and has not changed.

This particular store is ALWAYS SLOW... Not to mention, they never answer the phone. I shouldnt have to go out of my neighborhood just to get good customer service. I have called and complained to Corporate and I was supposed to receive a call from the District Manager and of course that never happened. Customers are the reason your doors are open. We as the consumer should be treated with respect and proper attention. No one should have to call a store over and over just to get an answer. Its not professional nor fair to the customer. The only good thing about this store is that its close to my house and the guy with the curly hair. THATS IT! !!

"Im sorry guys, but were closing right now so you have to pick up something and.... ehm... yeah". The first thing one associate tells us (me and my girlfriend) after 10 minutes of wandering in the store. We have worked in retail for years in different positions and had never ever treated a customer like this. I hope theyre meeting their sale goals so fantastically they dont need the extra sales, cause they just lost customers today. I dont care if youre next door to home, Ill drive to Congress and forest hill, they do know how to build rapport and do not kick people from the store. Shame on you, hope your DM sees this.

Theyre just a bunch of liars I bought a ps4 for my son and the next day I brought it back to get my money back and they said it was open box which it wasnt and from that experience I would rather go to best buy than these scam artists
