Im 44 and dont know much about video game and systems. I have a 13 year old son with 3 gaming systems that occasionally have problems that usually need a quick fix or a switch placed back in the right position. The staff (usually younger people) are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They never talk down to you or make you feel stupid for not knowing much about the systems. They always seem genuinely concerned about your problem and go out of their way to help you. There is never any "attitude" that you will see too often from a lot of people their age (boy-I must be getting old!). I will try to spend whatever money I need to spend on gaming in this store.

The staff here is always friendly. Every time I come in they help me figure out exactly what Im looking for and point me in the right direction. Even if I cant find what Im looking for I can talk to them about future games that are coming out and have a full conversation with them. I feel very comfortable every time I come in and I feel like its the best gamestop store I have ever visited

Hi parents did you know you can buy games for your kids right from your home thats right you can buy games right from your home just look online and more then likely if you dont like a game and you only played for a hour you can return the game and get a full refund thats right you heard me no more dealing with people trying to rip you off not not jk
