I have been a customer of Walgreens products and pharmacy for 20+ years. My experience has been great, no matter what city or state I am in. Recently moved to the Easley, SC area. This Walgreen in Easley, SC, has been the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service is terrible and very slow, with no friendly customer service, the pharmacy is extremely slow and understaffed, no matter what time of day you go. They are unprofessional, ex: the lost of a prescription, the pharmacists are not very helpful or knowledgeable in several areas. As long as I have used Walgreen, moving to South Carolina, I will be changing to another pharmacy.

You dont have to go down the street to get your drugs just go to the window and ask for "Wayne" he has all the drugs youll ever need. For a Clemson fan hes a pretty good guy. This Gamecock ought to know. ( Great job Wayne, And not bad for Clemson eather.

Standard CVS. Easley seems to have a problem finding customer service personnel, and this Walgreens is no exception. Although "I dont know" is an actual answer, it isnt acceptable when I get to choose where to spend my money.

I have always received good service here. I use the photo department by ordering in the store and also online. My photos always look great and are ready so fast. I use this pharmacy, and I have no complaints.
