The worst experience ever. Dont know whats wrong with those employees. First employee, a gentleman, at the door looked at me and turned his head. There were 2 female employees, beside the door, both stopped talking as soon as they saw me and just continued to stare. They then disappeared. The gentleman moved closer to where I was standing and watched as I looked at the storage boxes that were located near the front of the store. He continued to greet customers while looking at me. I moved in the store looking for more storage boxes, and a kind employee made an effort to help me look for what I needed. I discovered that the storage boxes at the front of the store were marked down and looked nicer, so I moved to the front of the store to continue looking/shopping. When I was leaving, the gentleman sent the 2 ladies to the front desk, both were looking at me in disgust and didnt smile, and continued to stare at me. Worst place ever.

The employees at this store stare and follow you around like you are there to rob them. When asking for help its either Im not sure let me get someone to assist you ( that person never comes) or either oh sorry we no longer have that product! You are never greeted when walking in nor will you be told to have a good day when leaving. Trying to give them a coupon?? They will look right over yours and scan whatever coupon their hand lands on behind the register. These employees just really seem unhappy and miserable, I would drive right pass JoAnns just to Michaels anyday!!

Customer service is wildly variable and there are hardly ever enough employees on the floor. I waited several minutes to check out behind several customers and there was only one register open. Last time I went, I had my coupons ready to go but the cashier scanned coupons behind the counter and I didnt ask or even know what they were. They ended up costing me my discount - she scanned 40% coupons and I had 50% coupons ready.

Lack of customer service once again. Maybe they should consider self check out. Third and last time leaving without purchasing because there is only one cashier and ten people in line.
