I just called this place in search of all natural african shea butter. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. She told me she had the product. I then asked what size containers she had and how much they were. She told me $5, but didnt tell me the size. So I politely asked again and she angrily responded "I dont know!" then hung up on me. Ive managed a retail store for the past 2 1/2 years so I was never rude to her and didnt deserve to be treated that way. I called her back afterwards to tell her that I was going to shop there but will not now because of her lack of professionalism, which I did in a very polite manner. She then proceeded to yell at me that she was "not rude to me" and that she was "too busy to answer my questions." She then hung up on me again. I always try to support local business and was probably gonna spend good money there, but they need to learn a thing or two about customer service first.

When you walk into an African shop the environment and the way you are received is totally different from your normal American shop. It is not because anyone is rude or being disrespectful, it is just because that is how the culture is. I really love this place, I think the lady running the place is a little shy but if you strike a conversation with her, she is very, very nice, try that when you go there. I would recommend this place any day for your African food and other supplies and the place is clean,.

STORE IS DIRTY,THE WOMAN RUNNING THE STORE IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THE DAUGHTER IS VERY NICE, FRIENDLY AND VERY RESPECTFUL, THE MOTHER NEEDS TO LEARN REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER OWN DAUGHTER... YOU CANT RUN A BUSINESS WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!...

The store itself was disheveled and dirty. I walked in hoping for some decent selection but was greeted with dusty food packages and terrible selection. The woman "running" the store just stared at me while I browsed
