I was looking up the physical address of the Metro Market to send them a thank you card and noticed the negative review. I need to comment on an experience I had there on 7/22/10. While getting gas, I accidentally locked myself out of my rental car and had to wait over four hours (no joke) for Enterprise Car Rentals lock-out service to assist. During that time, the owner and staff at Metro Market let me use their store phone multiple times (my mobile phone was locked in my car), and they were extremely kind and helpful. Additionally, my car was parked at one of their gas pumps for over four hours during a pretty busy time (5-9:30 pm). All that said, the owner and staff were very easy for me to understand and communicate with and were very accommodating of my situation. I would definitely recommend Metro Market!

I had been driving for 5 hours and was very tired, thirsty, and hungry comming from Conneticut. The owner of the store was there and was extremely friendly, helped us with directions and information. We bought some snacks and drinks and chatted with the owner some more about the area. Made us feel very at home and service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend metro market to anyone

When I called the phone just rang and rang. When I was about to give up a rude man with a hard to understand accent answered the phone quite gruffly. When I asked my question he actually hung up the phone on me. Due to the way I was treated, I would never patron this store. Best of luck staying in business with such an unprofessional attitude.

They lie about thier hours. Walked into the store at 10:15 pm, to be told they are closed. They are seldom on time to open, and the manager is an absolute idiot. Only bright spot is they have some exceptional employees. Even with that, move on.

Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Prices comparable to other convenience stores. The employees are nice and the owner, Philip, are super nice. Just say hello and introduce yourself to them and youll see.

Nasty owner with a side of politics shoved down your throat. There are much better choices up and down the street.
