This shop is awesome my first time here was great it has a huge selection of surf and beach gear unlike some surf shops that are tiny and disappointing, I was looking for a fun soft board to mess around with at the beach and Mike I believe his name was (short dude) helped me a ton on deciding which one to get would recommend!

Pete is a great surf instructor. I took a private lesson for $60 for an hour of instruction, practiced trying to surf on my own the next two days (per the recommendation of Pete), then took another private lesson on the fourth day. I learned how to surf in 4 days. Board and wet suit included in the cost. Thanks Pete!

Cool shop one of the biggest in middletown /Newport area by the beach.. a good amount of boards to pick from . From shortboards to long boards .. .. lack in surf fins not much to pick from .. Fins are key when you are surfing on the eastcoast .. other then that great shop and nice people ..
