Honestly, I was a bit intimidated when I first walked in with my 7 yr old boy who needed glasses. There were chandeliers, signs for "Coach, Prada, Versace"...everyone was dressed lovely; and there was one- on-one service with multiple desks... I thought I wouldnt be able to afford what they offered, and they would be snooty to us. I Was Wrong. I judged a beautiful book by its cover. Nicole helped us, and she was LOVELY. Kind, patient, polite. First thing she asked was what kind of insurance we had, so I gave her both my sons NHP of RI, and his coverage under his dads high deductible BCBS. She immediately found a bunch of frames that would be free, but little guy didnt like them. Long story short, we went through a few different sets of frames. She made sure the style he chose fit by checking 3 different ways. She was thorough, patient and courteous. When I held my breath asking for the cost, it was well within my budget. I got vcml updates on when the script had been received, when the glasses were ordered, and when they arrived. I cant see us going anywhere else. I highly recommend them, they were womderful.

Very Bad All Around...They lost my dream frames after having them for 5 wks. when they were supposed to be done in one wk. They told me they couldnt replace them because they were only sold in europe now and had me pick out new ones. Now its two months later and I went today to pick up the new glasses. They were designer, nice and expensive. They didnt have the case blaming the lab from my insur. company again. They wouldnt refund me. They wouldnt get me another case. They have done nothing that they promised they would. So here I sit with my credit card charged up, squinting at the computer screen with no help from bling eyewear. In addition, the eye dr. (Rebecca Eiss) was not too bright. I asked her what my read rx was and she said "so-so." I tried to be more specific in letting her know what info I was attempting obtain. She then replyed "not too bad." She also wanted to charge my medical insur. and get a co pay even though this exam was covered 100% by my vision plan. WOW, I could go on and on about this but I think you get the drift. Still working on getting my refund.......

I have been a customer of Bling eyewear for several years. They are a family owned business providing great customer service. Most recently I have begun wearing progressive lenses and needed to order new glasses. In searching for the right pair of frames I immediately visited Bling eyewear in search of a new pair of frames. My advice to everyone is to put a good amount of money in your flexible spending account for a hot pair of glasses. Then head down to Bling Eyewear and check out the amazing selection of frames they have from all the top designers. The staff will help you discover a look you probably never thought would look good on you. Its like what not to wear for people who are stuck in the same old glasses year after year. Hey you wear your glasses on your face where everybody is looking so why not make them look twice.

Most importantly, they go out of their way to service your needs if a problem should arise. Cant say enough about the staff -- they all have been wonderful to deal with. I have been going to Bling for about 7 yrs now. I love the staff and Dr. Hogan is the best! I go once a year and they always remember me and treat me like family. I always get my glasses in the time frame they estimate and they are very helpful with any issues or adjustments to my glasses. I cant say enough about them.

This place is big and have a lot of choices for prescription glasses and sunglasses. . The only thing I didnt like is I had found a pair of a frames I liked but they wouldnt give me the model number of the frames . Im guessing is because they thought I was going to look for that particular frames somewhere else. .

Katherine Hogan was a great doctor. I havent had an eye exam since grade school or maybe the 6th grade. It felt amazing to find the root of the problem which in fact was that in order for my headaches to go away I need to wear glasses, a choice I am willing to make. I am happy that I figured out the problem :)

I absolutely love my new Chanel eyeglasses. The woman that helped me was great at adjusting my glasses and suggesting what lenses to purchase. She also helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses that I love. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there for a wide variety of designer frames to choose from.

Professional and worth it! I never thought going for an eye check up was going to be amazing. The experience I went through with the front desk all way through to the end was the best. Very caring, patient, honest and up front. They really took good care of me. I would recommend them to everyone.
