I have been a AT&T customer for many years, and they have always been great for me.on April 5 2016 my nephew who is 11 was playing with my phone while I was at work, I came home for lunch and found my phone unusable, it was talking, something I never set it to do, and it was locked. I tried doing what it was telling me to do but I was getting nowhere, so before I smashed it with a hammer ( lol ) I drove the 15 miles to the Wind Gap store where 2 Very Nice ladies were able to get my phone working again in a couple of minutes. I just wanted to say THANK YOU again. If you want great service with a good company Wind Gap AT&T store is the place to go

I went to this store on 2/4/17 to turn in a phone on a Switch your phone to AT & T ,, first problem was the person who helped me had no idea how to process this , when she asked a manager he had to look it up he also did not know what to do. I left the store thinking everything was taken care of but when checking the status of my VIsa card, there was no record of the phone return. I called the store and was told the Manager would look into this and call me back. This was on Monday 3/13/17 as of today the manager still has yet to return my call...I do not recommend this store to anyone.
