Horrible store. The employees know NOTHING. Dont waste your time. I prefer the one Bartonsville, PA off of 611 (Cooperate store). I hate that I have to drive all the way there being that I live closer to the mall, but If you want better service its worth it. I was told by a man that I couldnt transfer my old # because I left my mothers plan. Wasnt giving up my # that I had for years since leaving NYC in 2011, it means a lot. So I went to the AT&T store in Bartonsville they accomplished what I asked. Wasnt happy the 1st time after leaving but everyone deserves a 2nd chance & I went to the Stroudsburg store yesterday (7/16/17) to apply my employee discount BOTH employees told me I COULDNT apply my employee discount to my plan even though I know plenty of people that did. Including myself I just wanted to remove my previous employer to add my current employer. So I drove to the store in Bartonsville & they accomplished what I asked. The Stroudsburg employees (thats knows "EVERYTHING" clearly doesnt know anything) will tell you one thing & then you go to the cooperate store & they get the job done EVERYtime because they actually are smart. Then when you call them out they get rude. Especially the female that was there that day. When I told her I didnt want her help anymore she basically slapped my ID on the counter & left the store for her cigarette break (I saw her when I left the mall).The guy tried to say "I know what Im talking about". I didnt reply but I clearly was the proof of the pudding & felt like saying "You really dont". Left the store gracefully. I just know for now on I will NEVER return to that store & Ill just drive to Bartonsville, PA location for now on.

This store was absolutely amazing I get so much information there! They are kind very educated in their products and extremely helpful! The girl there is fantastic sweet and very intelligent! The guys jump right in and help in any way possible they are a great team! I will go there for all of my cellular needs! Thanks again Stroud at&t your the best!

If I could give this store a zero I would ,long waits,rude staff this is a ghetto ,yuppy type store just look at the customers, I walked out with nothing :avoid this store

Thank you for the Great Service i Received Yesterday. and im Happy that i have Service at my home where with T-Mobile There wasnt any service at my home.
