Awful.... treated like I was stupid and didnt know the difference between Apple and AT & T. I will be doing my best to get my phones paid off and go to a different provider. It may take a few years but as soon as I can switch without losing a bundle I will. They are happy to sell you whatever they can when you are there but dont go back with a problem.
