Started talking with them in mid February about having menus with Lenten specials printed and mailed out. They said they could have it done in 2 weeks. I gave them a deposit of over $1500 because they said if they had that it could speed up the process. I picked a template to be used on trifold menus. They sent me a proof of a bifold menu with my current menu design instead of the one I chose. The sales rep never answers his phone and took over a week to return my calls. When I finally did talk to him again and explained what I wanted I waited another week only to be sent the same incorrect menu design. I agreed to keep the design so I wouldnt have to wait any longer. By mid March I was calling them multiple times a week and on the rare occasion when I did reach someone, I was told that my menus could be mailed out the following week. I heard this for a few weeks (lent ends in mid April). Finally at the end of March when I started leaving voice-mails asking for a refund they guaranteed me that my menus would be printed on the first Monday in April and mailed out the following Friday. I called Monday to confirm that this happened...no response. On Tuesday David told me that it still "shouldnt be a problem for my menus to go out Friday." He said he would check the status and get right back to me. Several hours later after several angry voice-mails this pathetic man had one of his coworkers call me for him to tell me they couldnt go out till the following Friday. I demanded my money back so they then had Bob the owner call me. Bob sounded nice and guaranteed me that my menus were going to go out that Friday instead of the following week. Guess what... THE MENUS WERE NOT MAILED OUT ON FRIDAY. I called many times on Friday and it took several hours to get another call from Bob. This lying sack of **** said that he didnt have all the data in front of him when he assured me my menus would go out. WOW. Such a poorly run company. I ask for a refund and he tells me hell call me Monday about it. Spend several hours trying to reach him Monday. Finally he tries to offer me a "great deal" thats not actually great. I decline and ask for a refund. He said ok and that hed send the info to the billing department and it should take a couple of days. That was 16 days ago. The billing department claimed to have no info about a refund. Ive called around 100 times and left many voice-mails... no response. Not really sure what steps Ill have to take to get my money but I urge anyone who is thinking about using this company to reconsider. It is being run very poorly. The owner Bob is a horrible human being. If you value your time and money please look elsewhere.

THIEF COMPANY .... I had my worst experience. I sent them an empty check as they wanted and they charged me 2 times. I called them so many times they said they are going to fix it but they never did. I am still trying to get my money back from them. They are thieves dont believe them!!!! All workers very rude and they hanging up at fone they didnt listen ....

Worst experience ever! I have been using mail service companies for 20 years and never have I seen such an unorganized and poorly run company!! They told me they were going to investigate why my mailer never went out?? I have left several messages with no reply! 1500 thrown away ...believe the bad reviews! Stay away from these scam artists!

This place calls my work constantly. Never an actual employee, always a recording. I always select to take us off the call list but they will still call us 5 times a day. They call even after they are closed. I cant even leave a message when I call the number back.

HORRIBLE COMPANY do not order from them. The font on Their menus is practically size 10 or less and my customers cant even read it. Also the paper it was printed on was completely different from what the told me it would be.
