Will Never Come Here Again. The lady that manages this branch is extremely rude. I dont know how its possible in a shipping store, but almost every time I go in there she is in an argument with a customer over something ridiculous. Today I went in to ship a package and the rate was almost double what I normally spend at the other UPS store around the corner. Between the horrible customer service and the attempts to rip people off, I would never recommend anyone to ship from here

The staff was phenomenal in the way they helped me get my shipments sent to my family down in North Carolina. Everyone working there was very pleasant, the owners Nilam and Shahzad were more than patient with my shipment which took a substantial amount of time. Even when the store was busy I never felt like I wasnt a priority. I plan on doing all of my shipments from this store and will recommend it to anyone who needs to send something through UPS.

Absolutely Terrible Experience! As everyone else has said, this place adds on all sorts of ridiculous charges if you try to use prepaid shipping. They want the UPS Store name without having to do any of the duties required with running the franchise. The 5 star reviews look very suspect to me as if they are trying to cover up all the bad publicity they are getting from such horrible management and customer service

Went to the UPS store to have finger prints taken. The gentleman at the counter appoligized and said they stop doing at 6. It was twelve minutes after 6. The gentleman was kind but a woman at a desk in the back scowled and rudely said we stop at 6. This is not the first time I was dissatisfied at this UPS location. In February I paid for a fax that was never received by the recipient.
