I drop off to this location many prepaid items for work. Its convenient for me, but thats about the extent of it. The store has a very strong aroma due to the multiple layers of "scented" oils on display for sale. They charge you $2 for a roll of tape even if you only need a single 12" piece. They charge you to use their computer to print a label from your UPS account. The staff seems genuinely unhappy people - probably due to them having to tell a customer to buy a roll of tape when they only need a small piece. I do understand that all of that costs money to the business and this is likely a privately owned UPS store that likely makes more money when "they" ship a package rather than when I just do a drop off. But poor reviews and less clientele are what youll see if you cannot afford to give out a slice of tape or print a label for a customer due to poor franchising agreements by UPS and their private owners. Both companies look poorly in this case. Other UPS locations have no problem supplying me with the materials to close my boxes securely and getting them on their way when shipping. I avoid this location at all costs unless I have no other choice and its on my route, and I struggle with that decision every time I have to make it.

The girl I dealt with was ridiculously unprofessional. I came in because I had a package delivered to my house the night before and we were not home so I got a slip of paper saying to come to the office to pick it up. It says on the paper after 1 oclock itll be ready. I got there at 1:45 and she said no they dont come till after 4:30. She didnt even bother to look around for it. Do before I walked out I happened to look down and noticed that what I was waiting for was sitting on the floor and I asked her if that was mine because thats exactly what I was waiting for she didnt even say yes or no because she probably felt stupid because that was my package on the floor. She really needs to be retained and learn some manners. She was completely rude.

I dont like going to this store. They wont simply say hello when I walk in; they just stare at me like Im bothering them. Or Id walk up to the counter, and the lady there will just leave without saying anything. Sometimes she walks to another register and stares at me, like I was supposed to know that she wanted to use a different register. The people at this location provide terrible service, and all I do is drop off packages once in a while. I recommend the UPS Customer Center in Lawnside instead.

Charged for 180 copies when I copied only 90 sheets of paper! I asked before I used the machine about double sided and the clueless girl said it was only 1 page. I paid $17 for 90 printed copies. That is ridiculous and I will NEVER copy anything there again. It is a shame...I bet more people would use their services if they didnt overcharge every little thing. Very upset!

Very bad service, I went their to take some prints and copies, the girl who works there is very rude, no greetings, and will continue to stare you as you should know everything about their self service, for instance I ask her i need to make some photo copies and she said I need key with very awkward face. Very unprofessional. I wont go to this location again.

I have visited this store numerous times over the many years that it has been in existence because I can always depend on a smile and quality service. Lets face it. You come back to a place because you feel welcomed, which has always been my experience there. I know my business is appreciated and my time is valued. Great job, folks!!

This locations service is always slow. Sometimes there is no one at the counter for over 10 minutes. The staff is unpleasant and poor at communicating. Its worth my time to go to a different local location in the future.
