This is the 2nd time in as many months that Ive seen an employee touching fresh food without gloves! Last time it was in the bakery. Now, I was just there and got some fresh pork ribs from the meat counter. The woman had a glove one one hand but kept touching the ribs with her uncovered hand! This is after the last time and the manager said there will be refresher courses for food handling! I realize people make mistakes but if you do you correct it, not just give it to the customer! Im not going back!

I put an order in for a pound of ham when I arrived at Giant. 40 minutes later it still was not ready. I asked if it would soon be ready and the gentleman told me they were backed up and then instead of filling the orders he went on to wait on customers along with three other employees. No one was filling the orders. So I asked them to cancel my order. When I got home I received a text my order was ready. This was 1 hour after I placed it. I called to let them know I cancelled it.

Bery disappointed I been coming to this giant since the first open and I used to love it but now I come and while they clean the slicers I wait 15 minutes to be serve and then they have no idea what Im asking for. Before it used to ba all about costumer service but that is far gone, even the pharmacy will call you and offer you to go somewhere else if I wanted to go somewhere else I would in the first place. This is why I need to go wegmans on my way to work.

Not very pleased lately with this store. I have gotten numerous items here that I had to return because they were spoiled. I am almost guaranteed every week that they will be out of atleast three or four things on my list. Now they are trying to improve the store which is very frustrating to me & Ive heard other customers complaining as well about not being able to find things.

Store is clean and produce is top notch. Beer selection is amazing at a great price. Only reason for 3 stars is because of the lack of customer service. There never seems to be a sense of urgency amongst the staff to get the customer in and out in a timely matter, specifically at the counter services.

I use the pharmacy there & I would not go any where else. The staff is awesome!! Friendly, know you by name, very helpful and caring. Nancy especially goes above and beyond her call of duty!! If you are looking for a good caring honest pharmacy look no further.

Somehow I cant seem to find a lot of the products I look for. Theyre not obscure hard to find items. I guess giant just doesnt care to carry them. Its happened three times this week alone. Meat isnt always fresh either. Produce has been rotten. Disgusting.

You MUST be very careful. They overcharge for something EVERY damn time I go in there. Substantial amounts too! If we go through the self checkout process we get searched like were trying to steal something. EVERY TIME!

Need to keep the isles clear when restocking, some employees clueless when asked what isle something could be located in. Why are baked goods so high when price of sugar and flour not to mention fuel prices are down?

This place is awsome, they have a great beer amd wine selection. The staff is very friendly. I love how its 24 hours, this makes it very convenient for me for when i get out of work, or for a last night run.

Very clean store, a little on the expensive side, usually dont have what I need in baking ingredients. However if you go for the basics and they happen to be on the rewards thats week. awesome gas points.

Great selection of organic and health foods at reasonable prices. The produce is high priced. I hate the in-store background music although this location is not as loud as the other Giant locations.

Its a great store. Its a bit more expensive, but its completely worth driving to the next town for. The store is clean, week ordered, has very nice staff, and a great atmosphere. For a grocery store.
