Emily should receive a Customer Service of the Year award. I had to replace my phone. With Googles fun and games of "one account for everything", I could not access my email or blog on my replacement phone. Using the Playstore apps put me in an endless loop of accomplishing nothing. I took my phone in and asked her to put the tempered glass protector on my phone because, basically, I have big, clumsy fingers and no patience plus you only get one shot at getting it on correctly or its ruined. Emily patiently cleaned the phone and placed the cover on perfectly. She then took the time to place another cover on my other phone. When she finished some twenty minutes later, I mentioned about my trouble accessing my email and blogger accounts. I told her about a week prior, another Verizon rep had tried to get me access and couldnt get it working. She started playing with my phone and, unlike me, didnt get frustrated with Googles circular logic to access accounts. Her fingers flew across my phone buttons and across her keyboard to her desktop computer. It took her almost an hour, but she knocked down every roadblock Google tried to put up and got me access to all of my accounts and got my phone to automatically update new email coming in from my Hotmail accounts. Emily spent a good hour and a half with me, but she got my phone in perfect order. I reckon she gets paid based on the sales she makes. Spending over an hour with a customer who isnt buying anything is a level of customer service that is rare these days. When it comes time for me to upgrade my phones, you can bet Ill wait until Emily is manning the store and have her help me with my upgrade. She knows her products and I know shell set me up with exactly what I need and have everything working perfectly.

In February I traded my basic cell telephone for a "smart phone." Since I have had this basic telephone for some years this was a big change for me. My sales person William took me through all of the information I would need and all the basic features of my new telephone. In addition he took all of my information stored on my basic telephone and transferred them to the new smart telephone. In addition William showed me the Verizon web site with the operating manual for my new smart telephone so that any questions I had this web site would be a resource. Since February I have learned a great deal about my smart phone and all that it offers including the GPS feature which I used to great satisfaction on an occasion when I was in Washington, DC, questioning how to return to Baltimore. I am very satisfied with the smart phone and the support I received and continue to receive from my salesman William.

We opened a business account at this location 4 years ago. We have spent several thousands of dollars in phones and service! Last month I went in to up grade from the Galaxy S4 to the new S7. They did not have the phone in stock, I had to order it online. Once I finally got the phone (3 weeks of miscommunication) I take the new phone back to the store only to be told it will cost me $35 to set up the new phone and tranfer my old data over, I can do all of this on verizon icloud. What are you there for??? What terrible customer service and business pratice and a complete waste of building space. It was more useful when it was a tire service center! Shame!!

Just spent quality time with Customer Service Representative William Becker. I just had the most professional experience in such a long time. He is very through, knowledgeable, helpful and most of all patient. I had a million questions and he took the time to address and answer each one. I did not know what kind of phone I wanted, he listened to me and brought out 3 choices based on my requests and I now am the owner of the V20. Plus a tablet! My only request if he somehow could get a promotion, he is an asset to Verizon! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Buying my new LG G4 was a great experience. The phone suits my needs and because it is an android and I am familiar with the operating system Im finding it fun rather than frustrating. Very friendly staff who are more than willing to help with anything you need. They have all the new phones that are listed on Verizons website, and at the same prices too. When I need to make cash payments on my Verizon account I always use this store because they are fast and friendly, even if they do charge a $1.00 "fee" to process a payment like that. The fee alone is why I knocked a star off as that isnt required by them.

I was completely amazed by the professionalism and customer service that I received when I purchased my brand new tablet at the Cambridge, MD location. Tremont made it his 100% goal to ensure that I was one happy customer! He explained how to operate, how to choose the right amount of gigs, and more! He was awesome! If you are in the Cambridge area and in need of new cellular gadgets, etc ask for Tremont :)!

I have never been to this location. I was impressed with the selection of phones and the great service I received. Emily was very helpful when I came in to transfer my contacts and pictures from an older phone. She offered to stay later than the store stayed open because my issue was taking a long time. I had a lot of contacts... I will definitely come back when I need something again.

I had an exciting time in the Cambridge store. It was more then a little full when I made my way into the store looking for a new phone.Emily was very well mannered and very helpful. She showed me a few phones and I was very pleased in how fast I was able to be on my way and out the door for how busy it looked at the time. Will def recommend to family and friends

I went into the store in Cambridge to check my options as far as upgrading my antique phone. Emily was more than helpful in assisting me. She knew EVERYTHING about the phones I was interested in. The store wasnt crowded so I didnt feel rushed and will definitely be upgrading here when I am ready. I will recommend this store to my family and friends!

Verizon istore in Cambridge was convenient for me and the store design and display very inviting. Emily was amazing with helping me transfer everything to my new phone and all the time it takes to do that. She helped me through things that I did not understand. She gets a A++++ from me..very knowledgeable...a keeper
