I was very disappointed in this store. The woman working the cutting counter was rude and not helpful at all. I paid an arm and a leg for foam which would have been fine with me if she cut it in a straight line and I was able to use it! The store on Roosevelt Blvd. was so much better but they didnt have what I was looking for and they sent me to Oxford Valley.I should have listened and went there instead of this one! Live and Learn.

I am making drapes and found that their selection of fabrics is great. However, half of the fabric I purchased had flaws. They were very fair and allowed me to return it, but it was very discouraging. Even the drapery liner I purchased had flaws. Be careful and ALWAYS examine the entire fabric (both sides) before purchasing. Nice staff at the store.

Rudest customer service I have experienced in a long time. Plus after being sent a customer satisfaction survey Jo-Anns had the opportunity to call and discuss this with me, but obviously they just dont care. The business I did with them out of necessity is now over. I will drive to Center City Philly to buy our sewing items. Sad situation

Long wait to pay. They only had 1 person working at the register. Couldnt hear the coupon I had, which was $5 off a $35 or more purchase. My total was $107 so not quite sure why. There were a few people waiting in line behind me so I didnt want to question it and make them wait longer.

Never had a problem in this store! Bought upholstery, drape fabric, and many accessories....if you politely wait your turn, the staff are polite in return..prices are good and, for a small store, they have everything I need

Sometimes they dont have as much stock in what you are looking for. Many times need to venture to the Warrington store. Priced can be high unless you have a sale and or coupon.
