The staff is friendly and they have a good selection of products. That is the only good thing I can say. They seriously lack a proper education about vaping. I was a pack a day smoker and wanted to switch to vaping so I went into this shop. The told me that I needed a 12mg fluid to equal what I was smoking in cigarettes. I believed them and bought the machine and fluids. After vaping for one day my throat was burning, I felt foggy, and had no appetite. I went into another to purchase an additional battery and while talking to them they explained to me that Heddies was overdosing me on nicotine! The fluid they sold me was equivalent to 5 packs of day! They did the same thing to my husband the month before. He was in the ER twice during that month because of no appetite and massive weight loss. If you still want to shop here please make sure youre educated about vaping before you go in, because they dont.

The two girls they had working on 10/14/2016 at 1PM should have learned better customer service. When I went in I did not care about your mom buying you a house and a car. I still want parts for my vape, but you were more concerned about giving your number to the customer. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Horrible customer service. The girls behind the counter could care less about their customers. I stood there for almost 20 minutes looking stupid while they flirted with the guy in front of me. When I finally got some attention, they felt bothered to answer my questions. What do they get paid for?! Never again.
