Rude and very uninformed. Called this store, asked a specific question about an offer that was made to me on line being available in their store. Was told over the phone that any online would be available in the store. I drove 20 minutes to go to the store to upgrade under the online offer. When I arrived I spoke to a long haired gentleman wearing a headband and was told that that offer was not available to me, he didnt see it. I told him of my conversation with his coworker, and was rebutted with a rude she didnt know what she was saying. Irritated but accepted his word and left. 2 days later visited a more local Sprint store to my location and was told that the online offer is available to me in that store same owner.....i upgraded. So today I visited the Royersford store again because I received a coupon for a free accessory up to a $30 value. I entered the store dealt with the same head banded long haired gentleman and was told I couldnt use the coupon on what I wanted to use it on. The coupon clearly states that I could use it as a $30 credit on any Accesory. Decided not to argue with the customer-service representative. Left saying that he was lying. I left angered, irritated, and upset. I will never shop here again. Zero stars if possible.

Been a customer here since yr2003.nothing but a disappointment when i have a problem. This time im fed up after they lost my memory card, their answer each time was that they dont touch memory cards when clearly the card needs to be removed when the sim card is switched over to my new phone. They didnt even bother to acknowledge or even bother to look for it in the back room.When I told them over the phone that i will be there shortly with my rep, he was gone when I arrived when clearly i told him i will be there in 15 minutes! Sprint is ok when theres no issue. But coverage sucks even when at the beach away from home. And when you have a problem with your phone GOODLUCK as it will take $350+ after youre already paying $10 a mnth insurance. What a joke. Youre better off without insurance which i did and bought a new phone elsewhere and got it in 2 days for hundreds less.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited in the store for 20 minutes until an employee finally acknowledged me and asked what I needed help with. There was only 1 other customer in the store and 1 employee. The employee was way more interested in his conversation with what seemed to be a friend and couldnt be bothered with helping me. It wasnt until another employee came out from the back that I was finally asked what I needed help with.

These guys will take every opportunity to try to scam you out of more money. I was in the store a couple hours ago and they had my mother convinced that paying $15/month for a phone for 2 years was cheaper than paying $200 up front. They also told me I could get the Galaxy S4 for $0.99 which was just a flat out lie. Dont trust these people!!!!

Awesome, knowledgeable, friendly sales associates. I have been to many different Sprint retailers, but this location is the best. They had the phone I wanted when nobody else did, and had it ready to go when I arrived. (TWICE!) I will drive out of my way from now on to come to this location. They certainly made a great impression on me.

I came in today to buy a new phone outright so I wouldnt need to sign a new contract and was told that new phones are cash only. Who carries that much cash casually? This is a poor policy that needs revision. An ATM is out of the question as i am new to the area and havent switched to a local bank yet.

This store is excellent! Kristy has helped me out numerous times. They are the most professional, helpful sales team in all of the area; probably all of Pa! I live closer to another store, but prefer dealing with Kristy, so I travel a half hour more to know I will get excellent service!

I live over an hour away from this store, and wouldnt think to go anywhere else. They have wonderful customer service. I have gone here for every issue I have had with my phone, and never leave without it being solved. All the employees are wonderful as well! keep up the amazing work!!

I have been a sprint customer for quite some time. I recently stopped by this location, and was pleasantly surprised at the service I received. I dealt with Kristy and she informed me the store had gotten new management and that I should make it my only store, and I agree!

Ive read reviews about going to other Sprint stores around the area, and I can tell you that you will have a good experience with the folks at #950. Ill drive to this store, a bit out of my way, knowing that any issues will be fixed.

FYI: Five of the reviews on here are from current Arch Telecom employees. They fluff their numbers all the time. My advice, dont bother. Dishonest business practices. But dont blame the staff, theyre just doing what theyre told.

Was told one price in the store, got my first bill and it was more than double. Called to fix it, they could not find any record or documentation that I was there, so they refused to fix it. Goodbye sprint, hello verizon.
