I simply needed a battery, but in my rush decided to trust another persons services. I understand a labor cost, but $12 for 0.99 CENT battery seemed over the top, especially since it did not even work. They did not set the time or date for me nor did they even check to see if their work, "worked". They left the old battery in the watch casing and I tried both batteries to see if they mixed the dead one with the so called new one. Both did not work even though I know that the watch works, since it is currently ticking on my wrist no thanks to their poor service.

This isnt just a store, its an experience. Ralph and Val are extremely friendly and every time I go in there I feel like Ive known them my entire life. The store has an eclectic mix of jewelry which varies from modern and trendy to unique handcrafted pieces from Ralph himself. I love that the jewelry ranges in prices and is affordable to those that arent looking to spend too much money, but you can also find high end pieces for special occasions. I would highly recommend this place.
