Every time I go up its either they are too busy, which for them is more than two people in line, or the person in the front is overwhelmed with putting things on the shelf. Seems like the employees are stressed at this location. Id rather make the journey to the thorndale location because they are customer service friendly so I dont have to deal with their stress too.

Wonderful knowlegable staff member. She helped with the transition of puppy food to adult food for my picky eater. She also answered my many questions with ease. We have been a Petco family for yrs but have found a new place going forward!
