Located near the food court in Monroeville Mall and one is in Miracle Mile Shopping Center. It is place we all go to for our gaming needs. We have a customer appreciation card. The store is stores are always clean and meet. Used games are in a section by themselves and womens likewise. We can pre-order not yet released games. Where are PC games as well as computer games. Staff is helpful and friendly. Prices on used items or reasonable. Prices on new items sometimes seems a bit much yet my children and grandchildren tell me its not.

I disagree. I have never had a problem with them answering the phone and any question Ive had. Maybe the other reviewer caught them on a very busy day. Customer service at the two stores in Indiana has always been good and this is our first stop for games. Very rarely do we need to go any where else.
