Today I went in there to pick up 4 items including some hot food from the deli. It took me 4 minutes to shop. I get to the front and theres 17 cash registers with only 3 of them open and no express lane. The cashier in what is normally the express lane told me she was not allowed to turn on the express light. The person ahead of me had $150 worth of groceries, the man behind me had a doughnut. It took 12 minutes for me to pay for my items and my hot food was cold when I got home, 3 blocks away from the store.

The quality and selection are horrible. Customer Service is a joke and when the bagger put eggs under a gallon of milk in a bag, it took 10 minutes to get the Manager at which time I was handed a handful of paper towels. REALLY. I had already paid by that time and was not in the mood to deal with egg goo on everything getting all over my truck too so I left EVERYTHING there and walked out. $74.00 lesson learned.

Seems to be short staffed consistently; foyer empty of carts since customers seem to not respect the store nor other customers by leaving their carts scattered in the parking lot when the cart bins are full. Aldi s has it together to train humans by the system of cart returns they have in place. Giant stores reflect the demographics of their locations. Competition is in order.

For the record I truly like Giant. I have warm fuzzies about the place. Seriously. However I dont like the fact that I should have to pay for the "cafe/Starbucks /hipster vibe "they are currently trying to go for. The prices seem inflated compared to the other grocery outlets who dont require me to have a "bonus club card. WHATS UP WITH THAT? ??

Essentially its a really big mini-mart. The prices are bad if its the only place youre shopping. I get certain ingredients here, but their prices are too inflated for the quality of their produce and meat. I also have to stick to the self-checkout at this Giant; Ive received too much unfriendly or just plain bad customer service from their cashiers.

Its not the cleanest Giant Foods, the carts are always all over the parking lot. Expiration dates are always past in the dairy section, when you open the dairy case it smells terrible! Dried milk products on shelving in the case, gross just plain gross! There are never enough registers open so the lines are long? The staff is always nice though.

Ummmm well I was looking to see what stores were open on Monday after Christmas. The recording of store hours were understandable until they explained Monday and just said would in morning so then I call. Manager answers and he said were closed. Next time say the time when you reopen dumbasses.

The store its self was fine but have worked for the company that does there meats and would never buy any meats in any giant store agian. Poor quality meats meats dropped on the floor and rinsed off and put back on the line or in a box for Hamburg totally disgusting place to buy any meats

It is a little better than other Giants because of its large (albeit busy) parking lot and the gas station in the lot. They frequently run good deals on produce, which i always appreciate as well. Ill be curious to see what improvements their current construction brings.

I dont like this giant. Then again, everything else in Middletown had gone downhill within the past couple of years. Its not up to date, my fruit rots within two days everytime I buy from here, and theres not many organic options. Elizabethtown giant is 10X better.

I was a weekly costumer as its 2 blocks away, bought hotdogs, until I found hair in their "organic" fresh hotdog. Unfortunately I threw it away without taking a photo it was disgusting. Id rather drive miles now than go to this again.

Great prices and you get gas points! These are easy to rack up as $1= 1 points and 100 points gives you 10c of gallons up to 25 gallons. Usually clean and self service is the way to go! Just go during off times and itll be empty

Always clean, discounts daily, fresh foods, and short, quick lines. Compared to the Giant in Elizabethtown, this one dles,t include a starbucks, a bulk food isle, an organic isle or an alcohol corner, but it is still very nice.

Giant is always great because they tend to have everything you need. This one in particular however some employees are better than other. Some are just too new and clueless.

Big fan of giant and specials they run. This location has the salad bar, a Chinese selection and hot food. More recently they are offering fresh sushi and beer/wine.

Nothing good about this super market. I go to the giant in Elizabethtown or union deposit. Much cleaner stores with a better selection compared to this one.

I like it because it is convenient, clean, well priced, and usually well stocked. Store bands can save you lots of money without too much sacrifice in quality.

Giant always has what I need. The produce section is full of very fresh fruits and veggies, and the staff is always willing to help you find things.

Like it, nice. Aisle are clean ,merchandise stock. Pharmacy is nice. Cashiers are efficient moving lines. Hot bar is clean. Bathroom clean.
