I made market at this location on November 30. The cashier gave me a rolled eye greeting and proceeded to process my purchase. I wanted to ask her questions but I noticed she had a Bluetooth in her ear. She kept looking over at her phone that she had sitting on the register and it was clear that she was having a conversation while waiting on me ( Unprofessional ) !! I stopped shopping at this location because of the poor customer service but I didnt have time to go somewhere else. I dont have the receipt in front of me so I can include her name. . You would think she wouldve had the since to tell whomever she was talking to that she was working. . If it was up to me she would be calling that same person today asking if their company was hiring! !! So fired..

Caught an employee restocking meat that had been carried around by a customer for who knows how long. Apparently, this is Food Lion policy, even if that meat is room temp. (I emailed the corporate office to find this out) Cashiers act like customers are an inconvenience (except for the guy that stocks the juices and milk and stuff in that area). For the small amount of customers they do have, employees should be praising any customer that walks through their doors.

Bought ice cream from there on 7/7/2012. And got home looked at the expiration date and it said 2/4/2012. Who the hell keep food that long after expiration date. What a trash hole. Then someone stole My moms wallet and the damn lady knew who it was but wouldnt say then when asked to look at the security tape she said they never turn then on. Never go here please.

Prices are moderately frugal... Staff is unfriendly and not very welcoming. Area is very safe and very convenient to other stores. Store was very clean... Check dates on your groceries Ive had 2 occasion where spoiled goods were sold.

This place is Ghetto. the black cashiers are standing around not assisting customers and on their phones texting. If you asked for help they give you an attitude. Certain people should not have jobs. Its sad to say that.

Really hit or miss customer service. But the misses way outnumber the hits. Cashiers talking to each other over you while they ring up your order. Not friendly or helpful.
