I work within 1000 yards of this location. Between myself and my girlfriend we can never seem to get what we ask for from the less than enthusiastic crew, yet always seem to go back to try and give them another chance. i dont want to always have to go into Target to enjoy some coffee, but it seems that is our only option. I shouldnt have to microwave my coffee or tea within 4 minutes of having it handed to me if it costs $4+, but I guess they dont like to serve anything past luke warm, even if I ask for it. Maybe they can just switch crews and give the nice people who work the Target location some training on the drive-thru? They really need to do something... And what is up with the girl who is always running outside to smoke by her car and talk on her phone? I wish I was paid to enjoy creature comforts at work. Maybe Starbucks is having her test out a new "ashtray flavored" latte. I love having cigarette breath blown at me while Im trying to wake up. I guess Ill just get my morning wake-up from Sheetz until Target opens.

This place is amaze-balls. The staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the products. which lets face it are all amazing. Felicia especially I want to specifically mention. I am the worlds most indecisive person and she is always so patient with me and willing to help me find the perfect thing from the menu. I tasted a drink that she makes specially and oh my god I found my new addiction. I am a customer for life here and really appreciate the dedication of the staff to exceptional customer service. If you want your coffee done right and done fast you will go here period end of story

So rude! Went through the drive to be told theyre out of butter pastries so I ordered my caramel latte. Pulled up to the window and asked the girl to make it hot.. she answers "lattes are made hot" DUH like Ive never ordered a latte in my whole life! I know standards of a hot drink at Starbucks are 160° I then said "No... like 180° hot" I then receive stares from other employees out of the drive through window like I have some fourth eye coming out of my nose. Its normal for people to order drinks extra hot during the winter, these employees need to catch a clue.

Prxoject Apeshit

Store closes at 10pm, I drive over to the Starbucks at around 9:40 and as I do a man runs up to the door and locks it then runs back. This is the second time that I have had an experience like this, the first i went through the drive through at about 9:50 and waited for about 2 minutes and was not helped. So DO NOT look forward to getting anything after 9:30 and take your business elsewhere. There is a Starbucks across the highway inside the target which has never given problems!!

This is a newer cafe, with an open floorplan, several two person high tables and stools, and a few casual soft chairs. Great Google backed wifi. The only challenge is a sharp turn at the drive-thru; watch for pedestrians and cars backing up as you round the bend to depart.

The entire team is very friendly and upbeat. When relaxing in their lounge you hear them interacting with customers. They remember their regulars and anticipate their orders. Its very homey and clean and their drive thru time is outstanding!

Went there with two friends ordered drinks and the one was a smores frap and the one worker took the cone cap and was pretending to do sexual acts with it. Done going to Starbucks where they hire immature young idiots like this.

Always great service here and they have a drive through. The building itself is difficult to navigate because of the extremely small parking lot but they are generally pretty on top of things here.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Most of the staff is rude & unfriendly. I stop in every morning before work. Im done with this Starbucks! Management needs to wake up!!
