Normally this store is ok. Today however the service was horrendous! There was only one person trying to do all the orders. They were up to 6 people standing around waiting for orders and there was another girl back there playing around with the bread and I offered to help until it got bad enough that she had to. On top of that the sandwich that I ordered was put together and put in the oven when it should have been put in there before all the condiments and everything will put it on it. Just a very lazy way of doing things. On top of the fact that I stop by there because its convenient to my work and by the time they were finished I was almost late. I wont be going back there to order anything but I do like their coffee thatll be the only thing I get.

Sucks!!!!Stopped to grab coffee before going on the river and got a latte instead. Asked for extra shot of expresso and it tasted like they added the extra shots!!!! Immediately gave me a heartburn feeling and HORRIBLE TASTE in my mouth... I spoke to manager she said they made it the way I ordered it!!! Well no you didnt!!! Spotsylvania Wawa knows how to make Awesome Lattes!!!! Snotty lady needs to go home and nap!! Also my husbands coffee is gross TOO!!!

I stop here every day and its a great place, friendly staff, good food and coffee. I am amazed at some of the comments on here, people are mad because they had to wait in line at a busy gas station off the interstate leave earlier if your in that big of a hurry and some expect a 5 star restaurant meal at a gas station,sad.

Apparently southern hospitality took a pass on this Wawa. The service was abysmal, the coffee intolerable, however the bagels were okay. Additionally the free air fill station was broken. Save yourself a headache, go to the Exxon up the street.

The people there are nice. But the store has become kind of seedy. The cappuccino machine is almost always filthy. The dispenser tube has caked mix stuff stuck. They should seriously consider hiring site security.

Ordered a sub, not busy at 2:45 in the afternoon, used restroom, got drink, cashed out and sub still wasnt done! It was very good as they usually are. The iced tea is also good.

If you work at night and need coffee dont stop by because they close them at 9, is it really that much hassle to keep them open till they close the store???
