Got a shorti RB sandwich here on the 4th of July. It was not crowded and there were only three people standing around the deli. Dont bother to ask for no cheese, because you will get cheese no matter what you want. I only had roast beef, mayo and a few onions. How hard is that? I called the store, the best they could offer me for my future gastronomical distress after biting into a sandwich with cheese was "it was an honest mistake (which was said 2x in a row) and it was crowded". (I didnt think it was intentional). Seriously defensive. I had just left the store, it was not crowded! Not good customer service. Difficult to park because there are only about 5 spaces out front and you have to park on the side of the store. I will avoid this store in the future. They really do not care. Find a better WaWa. I love my WaWas, but not this one.
