Being from out of town....it is always difficult to know which florist to pick that can be trusted with something as important as a SYMPATHY arrangement that is time sensitive.... I picked Flowers By Yvonne based on reviews and inventory... I ordered a terrarium from their website as a Sympathy gift for my boss on a Wednesday to be delivered on a Thursday. When my boss returned to work on the following Monday and I asked how he liked the terrarium. I was expecting to hear great things about the $100+ order (since all the excellent reviews about the service/product listed here). INSTEAD, his response was WHAT TERRARIUM?????? Florist NEVER delivered anything for the funeral from our whole organization!!!!! I immediately called the florist only to be told that several messages had been left that they dont even offer the product listed on their website. When in fact.......No messages left from florist on any of the days.... Yvonne (Owner) called me back several hours later to say that she called 4 times over Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and phone rang and rang with no answer. When asked why no attempts to email (since this was web order) or attempts to call on Saturday or today, she indicated that she was going to get around to trying to call me today when she got into the office. Net-net......Owner/florist dropped the ball....and acted as if it was MY FAULT. Her immediate resolution this unfortunate situation was that she was going to cancel order. There was no offer to send something instead or try to provide any CUSTOMER SERVICE and resolve the issue. When I indicated that I would leave bad review as a result.... She indicated that she basically DID NOT CARE.... She felt she had enough good reviews to cancel out the bad ones. If you are looking for the Customer Service described on this website, my advice to you is to go to any other florist that services Levittown.....AVOID Flowers By Yvonne.

I ordered flowers today,Monday, for a same day delivery. I asked for lots of fragrance, and colors. Just normal flowers, no orchids or roses.I didnt want a FTD type design. Too formal. The flowers are BEAUTIFUL.The arrangement is huge. The price was low compared to all others too Large red Asiatic lilies, carnations, and daisies in purples and pinks. Large spiky green flowers, baby breath, tall stems with deep magenta flowers at top. And big a couple of Orange Butterflies. They made her so happy. Thats all i wanted and more . Thanks to the best florist in PA!!

And I would like to add that I am from out of town and always order flowers for my mother through Yvonne and they always turn out amazing. My son needed flowers quickly and I stopped by the first florist I saw. When I went in I was greeted with a smile. I asked for a quick bouquet and received a beautiful bouquet of daisies in minutes. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received!!!!!! Will definetly be using Flowers by Yvonne again

That Annoying Person Who Is Never Online

I went there at 5:30 yesterday, which wqs a Friday. The shop supposedly closes at 6, yet not only were the doors locked, the staff saw me at the window when I knocked and ignored me. Will go out of my way to go to another flower shop next time.
