I went there to use a "living social" voucher. After ordering, I was told that they needed a "printed" version. I explained that the voucher number was right on my phone and they could take it down like other stores (Whole Foods etc.) have done. The OWNER told me that he had no way to do it. This is very poor customer service, especially from the owner of a franchise. If you do not know how to use a mobile ap voucher, and you need to employ non-green paper printouts, then you shouldnt offer such discounts. Get with the times and learn how to treat customers! Quickly learned why I should never stray from Starbucks!

This place is more expensive than other coffee shops, and it takes FOREVER to receive drinks, and half the time the employees dont even acknowledge the patrons and just slap the drink down without any eye contact. Dont go to this saxbys unless you have $ to burn and dont care about friendly service.

Their coffee and Specialty drinks are okay but the last time I was there I ordered for shots of espresso on ice with cream and sugar and they charged me six and change usually a shot of expresso cost about $0.50 to $0.75

Lansdale Saxbys coffee shop is a great alternative to Starbucks. The coffee is fresh, the service is friendly and their Mocha frolatte is the best frozen drink in town. Very comfortable internet cafe too.

My favorite coffee shop. The staff is always upbeat and pleasant and the coffee is excellent. The bathroom is always clean and has good Wi-Fi. Great place to read a book or update your Google reviews.

The coffee here is great. But what really sealed the deal for me was a barista named Jake, his knowledge of coffe, whitty humor and stunning smile turned my day around, will definitely be back again

Not what it use to be, it may be because of the bank next door being closed, but its still alive. Its a nice storefront, but the drinks are just eh. I LOVED the one on Temples campus, its a shame

Friendly staff, free wifi, and customizable drinks. Only downside is that this location doesnt have any sandwich or other lunch options like some of the others do.
