I decided to go here on the recommendation of co-workers and I am happy I did. From the moment I walked in the door I got top-notch service. I wasnt quite sure of my insurance and the woman at the desk whose name was Annette was extremely helpful and very friendly she went out of her way to help find my insurance. After seeing dr. Anna she immediately came out and faxed my diabetic results to my family doctor while I was there. The woman who helped pick out my glasses Diane was very knowledgeable on lenses and things that I should add on. When I went to pick up my glasses I brought my mother with me and suggested she get glasses at the same shop she took her prescription with her and I cant go on to say how patient and friendly the woman who waited on her was her name was Lynn and was extremely patient with my mother my mother is very happy with her glasses all in all this is a very nice family operated business not like going to the big box stores I would definitely recommend to all my friends

Staff extremely helpful. I called and explained had problem with my silhouette glasses. The owner very helpful. Thought I would have to purchase a new pair. He easily fixed issue and adjusted in less than a minute. Love this staff, location, eyewear selections, value is outstanding. I highly recommend to all of my family and friends.

Excellent service! Ive been a customer 30+ years, buying glasses even when they were out of network. The big commercial chains cant match the customer service you receive from Gary & staff. They are very helpful selecting frames and honest if the frames arent quite you. I wont get my glasses anywhere but Springfield Opticians

Horrible experience with this place. Went for an eye exam in October and since November, I have been trying to get the prescription I paid for. Contacts were supposed to be shipped to me, never arrived. Now I have to keep calling to get my refund. Ill never refer this place.

I went there on a recommendation from a friend,they were right. Great selection from inexpensive to top of the line. Employees were super helpful and took the time to make sure I found what I came there for. Will definitely be back and refer my friends and family.
