No use ordering ahead. Stopped by Monday afternoon ordered two dozen donuts for an event, to be picked up by noon on Wednesday. I didnt plan on picking them up till 12:15, but I had a very tight schedule and wanted to make sure they were ready (also I had to pay at pick up). Got there right at 12:15, stood in line to pay for approximately 5 minutes. Then it was realized our order wasnt made yet! Took at least 10 more minutes for them to prepare my order. Very frustrated. Cant say I wont ever come back, just wont use them for parties any longer

(DISCLAIMER: STORE NOT RUN BY ACTUAL DUCKS) Great food, people are very nice and its a lot of fun to watch them make your donuts. Its always packed inside (for good reason) but I feel like there could be a more efficient way of handling the lines. My order has always been 100% accurate. There are some combinations of toppings that no human should ever ask for and theyll do it for you no problem. Good stuff.

This is the first time Ive had Duck Donuts. Other than the donuts being made fresh right in front of me, I didnt think they were anything spectacular. I guess I had high hopes because of all the rave reviews and such but to me theyre just your average donut. I think I like Dunkin Donuts better. There wasnt a whole lot of flavor with Duck Donuts. Nothing beats Beilers Donuts in Lancaster...NOTHING!

Hot and fresh. You order your donut exactly how you want it and you can watch them being made. definelty a cute stop for the kids. The donuts are very fluffy not anything like the gross donuts at other establishments that are like hard sponges. I dont love the coffee here but thats alright.

Absolutely awesome. Have never eaten at this franchise before. We will definitely be back. We got the maple bacon and lemon raspberry. Both were fantastic and so was my white chocolate mocha. Service was fast and friendly. Didnt even wait a full minute for our custom donuts.

Service and donuts...5 star, but I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it took almost 15 mins to get. English muffin, frozen egg and a slice of cheese. My family was finished and ready to go by the time I sat down. If youre just ordering a donut, they were quick and yummy.

Great way to kick off our morning. Warm, gooey donuts and a great cup of coffee. We had glazed with a raspberry drizzle, glazed with a salted caramel drizzle and glazed with coconut. Next time were going to try the bacon bits♡

Make your own donuts with lots of different combinations. You can watch them make the donuts right after you order. They come out nice and warm. The staff was very nice.
