my expeierence was terrible i went to drop off my perscription and they told me in 2 hours it would be ready. so i call them to see if it was ready for pick up and the lady said i didnt drop a perscription off and i told her my name ,date of birth and that they said it would take 2 hours and i have waited 3 hours so she puts me on hold for 10 mins then she says that she couldnt read the perscription and she was entering it in the computer like that makes since and i ask her when i can pick them up because i just got a back injection and im in pain and she said i can come in but she doesnt no when it will be ready so i said why would i waste my gas to come in if it wasnt ready after you told me it would take 2 hours the first time and she said that there are 3 people here and 1 is leaving so i dont know when they will be ready...this is the worst service and bunch of bullshit i have ever herd me and my family have been going to cvs pharmacy for years without any problems like this they didnt even apoligize and say they were sorry for the inconvience. they were flat out rude. so this is the last time me and my family will be going to this cvs pharmacy.

Required a prescription to buy insulin syringes. Im an insulin dependant diabetic with out health insurance and am unable to get a prescription. Any other place will have no issue selling things such as insulin syringes. Even I were to use the syringes for other things other than keeping myself alive, they should still sell them to prevent the spread of disease.

Never a good experience at this Pharmacy. Today they lied to my wife, telling her they called me to tell me the script that was faxed in was out of stock, although they did not. In the past they havent called when promised, and their telemarketers bug me all the time to change my scripts to 90 day supplys. The staff is rude, and unhelpful.

The staff in the pharmacy is rude and unhelpful. My son has a disease and needs his meds. The pharmacist was unwilling to call the insurance company when his meds were denined. When I called I found out that the pharmacist was entering the wring information. Something needs to be done with this staff.

The pharmacist in here is a compete bitch. Ever since she saw what medication I was on, shes given me issues. I had an emergency situation that she refused to bend on. Go to Waynesboro CVS! They treat you like youre a human being!

The people working the drive thru window are extremely slow and often forget to even check if someone has pulled up. Also, all the people I have ever spoken to at this pharmacy have terrible attitudes.
