This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The clerk was rude and purposely delayed access to the restroom for my child and I when we stopped here. When I went back in to address her, she was condescending and defensive. I just called and she was foolish enough to think I didnt recognize her voice. I asked for a manager and she hesitated to give me her name. Im reporting this to Valero directly, and the Better Business Bureau. This is why small towns are dying. No one wants to be educated and no one has any customer service skills. Wrong customer to tick off.

The blond girl name is Jamie or Jenny. She told my mom that the bathroom is not for u to use when I filled my Sienna full tank over $40. When I confronted her she lied and she said that she is the manager. Stay away from the gas station. I will definitely try to call back to talk to the owner to address the issue.

The blond head lady who was there was rude, had an attitude and made me feel not Welcomed... And when I asked can I use the bathroom she asked if I was going to Get gas... Sorry didnt know I was I. The city... I thought this was upstate NY... Bad customer service
