A Private User

Its one of the few pharmacies left where you can talk to a pharmacist face to face, that isnt standing three feet behind a piece of glass. Ive gone there for years, and though at times it can be crowded and the people who work there a bit stressed, they do their best to help and provide a human touch. They work in a business that brings them into contact with large amount of sick, sad and cranky people, yet they keep serving and smiling, and I think they do a fine job. P.S. If you have a problem with them doing claims, then when its your turn, dont expect your insurance to pay for anything, ever.

I was sent here number my mothers PCP to get some things she needed for personal care at home. I was unable to get anything on the script as they said they dont deal with Medicare although I have gotten other medical supplies from them from this PCP. They did give me a business card for Baird, another medical supply company. That business is not a regular retailer but you can call abd possibly have the utems delivered to the home. After making the trip here for nought, I contacted my moms PCP to make other arrangements to get the things she needed.

I walked in to a medical appliance for my mother, I walked over to the desk where two people were working on their computers. I was told very shortly when I asked for help "You need to what a half hour. We are doing claims". It did end up being much shorter than that but still. " I am sorry sir, we are both processing claims for the folks we are working with. It could take up to 1/2 hour, can you come back later?? I hope I can buy anything I need online because I am determined not to go back there.
