Wish I could give negative stars because one is far too kind. Ive been maybe 4 times and two of them have been horrible. Store itself is w/e I mean its Walmart. But the employees are some of the worst most miserable and lazy people. They have no problem being rude they dont help you and flat out lie. I went once to get a bike I already knew what bike I wanted unfortunately the only one was on the top rack and I am only 52 I waited two hours! 2! for help i kept hunting employees down to ask and kept being told they would send someone over. No one ever came. The second time I tried to purchase wic after waiting in line for over 45 minutes because they only had three registers open (big surprise I know) I was told that they dont accept wic. apparently this is the only walmart in the entire world that doesnt accept wic... or more like its just the only one that sells bullshit! Unfortunately I dont have another walmart close to me and walmart has things target just doesnt but I avoid this walmart like the plague before and I will continue to do so. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place.

They will never get my business again ! Was lied to about who the manager was when asked for manager again a gentle VERY unprofessional came up to the front didnt seem to care what the problem was or had to say. The shelf prices dont reflect the price that rings up and even tho its Wal-Marts policy you get shelf price your bullied and told NO you have to pay the price that rings up. We arent talking once in awhile neither this is every time we go ! Get it right Wal-Mart because this location has gone to crap . The help is rude and arrogant the store and parking lot dirty bathrooms always propped open with a mop bucket items always stocked where they dont belong at much cheaper prices only to see a charge 10 bux or more on ur receipt thats false information, a sneaky way to get more money if u ask me ! Sam Walton would be ashamed of this locations so cAlled managers and employees smh ..they used to have allot of ppl shopping on any given day seems like anymore its empty...wonder why look at whos on your payroll !!!

did online order for a heater at 11:58 am. we recieved a order will be ready at 3:53 pm. and when calling to see if order is ready the phone just kept ringing and no one would answer. some one then finaly answered and they kept putting me on hold. this happened 4 times. I then called againg and had to ask for a store manager and was place on hold again for a total of wait time is 30 minutes. this is not customer servie friendly at all the WALMART & SAMS saying is HAPPY TO HELP not realy everytime that you go into that store every employee is miserable and not HAPPY TO HELP at all. then talking to the person on the phone to see if order is ready he tells me that he was doing price changes and that is why he was not able to answer the phone. then tells me that order is not ready because he got in at 1 pm and item is not on shelf and he has to go to the back and see if they have it. he then tells me that the ready by 3:53 is not accurate really.

I have to say, if you have a department in your store and you cant have anyone over there to service it, then I maybe that department shouldnt be there. Example, I was in the fabric and sewing department. I looked around for someone and found no one. I went to electronics, asked an elderly man to see if he could call for someone for fabrics, he said he couldnt. He didnt have a radio. I said can you call on the phone? He said no. That I had to go up front. Sigh. So I went up front, all cashiers were busy. Went to customer service, waited in line. Gotbup front. Asked if they could call for someone for fabric. I needed material cut. She said that she can TRY to get someone over there. I thought. "Try". She said just walk back over there and Ill ring for someone. I did, waited about 10 mins. No one came. I think that this is really bad service all around. Wont be going back.

I must have been there the same day as one of the other reviewers were because the exact same thing happened to me. Ordered online to pick up in the store, showed up to the area where you pick up online orders for about 20 mins with no one working. Rang the assistance bell multiple times nothing happened. Walked around almost entire store until I found a single older guy working who told me to go up front and tell them, after I asked him to just call someone he told me he didnt have a radio which Im not really sure why because Im pretty sure everybody else does. Go up front to cashiers and they tell me to go to the front desk, front desk tells me to talk to someone else standing up front which ends up being a manager who finally helps me. The fact that I walked around the entire store and only found one person working is kinda crazy honestly.

I went to Walmart to exchange a few items there was a lady who told me at the customer service it would be easier to credit my card n just buy my stuff over again because the line will be all the way back to Subway when I got to the register my card was declined because she did didnt tell didnt tell me it could take up to a week for my refund then When asked about the matter she said she never told Me anything so I told her to take off the WIG she had on so she could think right I was so embarrassed when my card declined with 10people behind me I feel that I should have been informed at the time I ask to exchange my ITEMS GOOD CUSTOMER service GOES A LONG WAY

Went to go grocery shopping 3 weeks ago and either no one checks the floor or cleans them fell in a puddle and twisted my ankle. The ceiling was leaking took pictures and went to the hospital. Come to find out my phone cracked as well. The doctor said it was a torn ligament. One manager called to check in twice every time I called to speak with a manager the same employee kept hanging up on me. I was only allowed to speak to the assistant manager and he didnt have access to the files for my case. So now Im gonna call my family lawyer back and leave it at that.

Never use site to store at this Walmart! I ordered a TV and no one seems to know where it is. When I call to see if there has been any progress with my order I get passed around on the phone in the same circle of careless people who dont know how to help. When sent back to the person on the main phone number because no one could help me in Electronics I am told "We are busy" Customer service for site to store SUCKS! This is twice in one week! In all fairness the person did offer to take my number but I have already lost faith in this place. Done!
