This Michaels is a rather large store. They usually have a good stock of items if you need to buy things in a larger quantity. There is a ton of stuff to explore and look through, and its easy to get lost in this store, which I believe is by design. It seems that no two Michaels have the same layout, so it can take a bit of searching to find what you are looking for. It is definitely worth it to download their app to get coupons, which can be done in the time you are waiting in line.

I have to commend the employees at Michaels today for going above and beyond. I came in needing a lot of ribbon for a wedding - about 33 rolls worth - and the store only had 6. So the manager got me with Madison who called for nearly an hour trying to get every single roll I needed from every store within fifty miles. The employees were patient and extremely helpful and saved my life on this one! Thanks again!

I shop at this store fairly frequently solely because I live close by. However, I think that I will be driving farther for other options from now on. Every time I have had to ask the staff for help (when I can find them) they seem miserable and come off like helping me is a major nuisance. The slightest bit of customer service would go a long way.

We had a new painting framed here late October. They poked a hole in the painting and then tried to cover it up. We were never informed by employees that they damaged our artwork. Very disappointing especially when considering the high cost of framing.

Love to create? Get in here, they offer free or very low cost classes to see if you may or may like the craft. Sometimes the classes are for small children to be able. To create for their parents. Great idea!

Its a Michaels. Your lucky if you can find anything without making two circles of the place. They probably have whatever craft item you need just plan 30 minutes to find an employee or to find it yourself.

My only issue is taking your life in your hands going from parking lot to store... People just fly right through the crosswalks. Maybe make them more Visible.
