Recently i visited this establishment and it was the worst experience i ever had. First and associate cut my girlfriend off with an empty cart that we were standing by. Almost running over her feet. I told the kid that a simple excuse me would be appreciated. And he responded with "no". When i asked him to repeat what he said i was again answered with " look theres no reason to give me an attitude and he stormed off. When i asked to see a manager. Young man greeted us, my gf asked him his age and he replied with "13". And at that point the 4 other 16 yr old looking male associates began to laugh, as if there manager was making jokes at my girlfriend and my expenses. After telling them we are not in a joking mood they stopped laughing amd actually listened after explaing what had happened his response was " ill let my boss know, and Matt has some issues". At this point we were ready to leave and i can say that we will not be going to this store again and we are contacting the head office about how the employees treat the customers and their establishment like its some kind of romper room. Completely disgusted with the goodwill association if this is how they let their stores be ran.

Awful, awful, awful. We drove half an hour to deliver a carful of gently used toys and decorations and the rude older man taking things at the donation center took our stuff and literally threw it to the side. My mother wanted one of our tubs back that we had brought items in and so the man just dumped everything into a corner and shattered all my mothers old decorations in the process. Not to mention, we brought well over $100 in my old Littlest Pet Shop toys and before we even left, the man could be seen throwing everything into a trash compacter. I suppose ill-privileged youth wouldnt want my gently used toys that were still in great condition for a more reasonable price. We will never donate (DONATE, by OUR will) to this lousy establishment ever again after seeing how our items that could have went to places that would actually use them were handled. We might have been getting rid of the objects but that doesnt mean someone else couldnt have used them. The service is trash just like my toys and decorations. Goodwill? More like illwill.

HORRIBLE. The store itself is nice and has many options. However, the staff of 16 year old boys was very disrespectful and childish. The young male employees that were there today obviously do not respect the public or the quality of service your stores provide. It was truly disappointing. With one exception, a young man named Chris who did actually seem to be a caring human being and take pride in his position in customer service. Will not be going to the Cranberry Goodwill anymore.

The staff are nice enough and polite. They had a good selection of clothing, not a lot in the electronics department. They did have several books Id been looking for. Only other issue would be the other customers, a few seem to be in the habit of making a scene and screaming at the other customers or employees. So that was unexpected and a bit of a downer on the shopping experience, but other than that its a decent store if you are just poking around.

This location usually has great items for sale, especially in the toy and childrens clothing department. As a preschool teacher, I am always on the look out for toys and learning games for my 3 year old class. My only negative is leaving the parking lot and trying to take a left to head back towards Freedom Rd. Depending on the traffic situation, one could possibly be risking cross several lanes of traffic to take a left at the building!

I have always had a good experience at Goodwill in Cranberry twp. It is very sad that some local consignment shop owners go there, purchase better items then charge 4× what they paid for it in their own consignment store. Shame on them. I purchase from Goodwill to find something that i need but cannot find or afford any where else.

A great store! I can get many used things that are still in great condition! Some of the things come straight from overstocked stores. I collect many great electronic things from here. One thing about the electronics is that not everything works. My recommendation: try them with batteries/plug them in BEFORE buying them.

Used to have a senior discount every day but now only once a week. Id rather have a slightly lower discount on a daily bass rather than a slightly larger one for which I have to plan a trip. With Goodwill its always buy-it-when-you find-it or it wont be there later. No point in coming back two days later.

It had a decent selection of clothing, although people were hiding clothing in wrong sizes. You get excited, then the let down :( Customer Service was Good...there were grumpy people in line at the register. .what did they want the cashier to do wave the wand and it be done!! SMH!

Most of the stores are kind of nasty and gross. But they do a good job keeping this one clean. Also a lot of the items in the store are pretty top-notch. Not a bad place to pick up some secondhand swag.
