Went in to inquire about purchasing a new bike. I was completely ignored and could find no one to answer my questions. I normally go to bike shops or Cabelas for my biking and camping needs but figured Id give your store a shot. Well that was a one and done. With what I spend on camping and biking you dont deserve my business. Please check out your local bike shop in Phoenixville the twisted cog or another small business owner for your bike needs. Youll be met with a smile and people who are happy to help you with your purchase. Camping needs Cabelas is hands down your best one stop shop with great employees. First time in an EMS, and though they didnt quite have the item I was looking for, Ed (store manager?) was fantastic. He greeted us when we walked in, was very well-informed, and was extremely helpful even after knowing EMS didnt carry what I needed. Fantastic experience, and will definitely be back in the future.

Great employees who know when to ask if you need something. Clean and great selection of outdoors equipment. My one stop for out-of-country treks. Prices could be better, but the quality of product is hard to find elsewhere.

They have a big indoor climbing wall thats open from time to time. The selection is bigger than most EMS locations. Best off all, the staff here really knows their stuff and are of great help when you have a question.

EMS in Cville was convenient compared to going to REI IN conshy or Cabelas in Hamburg. So sad to see it close. Staff was always friendly and helpful. You will be missed.
