I pre-ordered a game and paid in full long before tonight, but when I showed up to the store on 2 separate occasion today to try and get a group number, not only did I get vague info but the manager had a attitude about it. Normally this location hands out group # to line up to help keep things organized, but the first time I came in at 5pm they said to come back at 6pm and then told me when I went back that "the group #s were obnoxious" and he wasnt going to do it. So I came back 30 min before midnight release, stood in the store in line and got redirected 3 times. Clearly this Manger had no idea what he was doing nor did he communicate that with his employee. So when he finally figured out what he was doing he lined everyone up scanned everyones receipt and told them they didnt pre-ring out. My receipt clearly said paid in full. So when I asked he to explain, he told me the people who did pre-ring knew what hes saying. What kind of customer service is that supposed to be. Then he proceeded to tell his employee Dishaun not to apologize to the customer in front of me because they had only been open for 7 min. Carmelo was the managers name and so very disrespectful to everyone who came to the midnight release. Dishaun who was the employee helping did his best to follow what Carmelos instructions were, but no one but Carmelo knew what his plan was. Clearly Carmelo was unprepared and unprofessional. I dont know if my complaint falls on deaf ears, I just want you to know what kind of management you have representing your company at this location.

The store is small, so when a lot of people are inside if you are claustrophobic you dont want to be in there. However, the staff are extremely knowledgeable; any time I have gone in with questions they answered them in s manner that even none gamers like me understood.

Some great employees, but your manager Carmelo is so rude. Heard him talking about my medical Issue to others and about the "poor Shamokin folks" Used to shop here often, now I choose other locations and other retailers
