Very rude service from a female associate there about a week ago. No service at all actually! She was too busy chatting and laughing about how she will be drinking this weekend rather than helping me with what I needed. She must be new because I had never seen her there before but that is NO excuse for inappropriate behavior like that. Will never come back there again. She should be fired.

I came in here and Janeay was extremely rude and she had absolutely no knowledge of the product or anything else for that matter whatsoever. I would recommend not using this location. Initially thought it was a better deal switching over during the but back promotion but everything verbally promised by the sales person did not come thru. Im pay much more then with Verizon and the Sprint credit promotion was misrepresented.
