My friend went in and bought cigarettes for herself and wasnt aware my step mom wanted a pack so i mentioned it to her. Well the, very rude, woman working said she wasnt allowed to buy anymore. The customer service is terrible! Avoid at all cost!!!! Then she had the nerve to run are card as debit without our consent.

Horrible service provided! The employees radiate an "I dont want to be here" and "dont bother me" type vibe. Ordering food takes 2-3 times longer than other stores; even with 1-2 people ordering. Will not be going back and please go to another Sheetz store if you like this chain.

The car wash has taken my money twice and theres never a manager around who is authorized to provide a refund. Terrible customer service and poorly maintained equipment. I love Sheetz, but now avoid this location.
