I went in and bought 3 five dollar scratchers. Off a new pack of scratchers. I go back in to get next 4 tickets in number sequence from the 3 I had already purchased. They where rude and would not give the correct ones in order from the first 3 that I bought and lost. Which is not good customer service.the guy stated his employee made a mistake and sold me wrong ones. Which is not the customers fault that the 711 employee made an error. I go that store lacation at least 1 to 2 times daily buying tickets and other items. Im not going there ever again. And they have horrible CUSTOMER service. They should have sold me the next ones from the order I got them and corrected there employee not the Dailey CUSTOMER as myself.
