I have been shopping here for a few months now & had no problems.... until TODAY! Last week, I mistakenly bought 2 boxes of the wrong size cigarette tubes. I didnt notice it until I tore the plastic off one of the boxes. I tried to return them for credit (well aware I probably couldnt get credit for the one w/o the plastic wrap). HOWEVER, 4 (correct size) boxes were purchased & a bag of tobacco. When I looked at the receipt later today, I noticed I had been overcharged for an extra box. I called and spoke to the woman clerk & tried to "clear" the matter up. UNBELIEVABLE! She argued with me & argued with me & argued with me...pretty much calling me a LIAR! I used to own/run a business. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER! Needless to say, I WILL SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

Love this place! They always have what I am looking for and are willing to help if Im unsure of size or function of pieces. Ive read some pretty nasty reviews and as a business owner I can tell you the only time someone bothers to write a review is when they are pissed off and want something for free. The return policy is clearly posted and yes some products are pricy but not overpriced. If youre spending 200+ on a product ask them the return policy and have some idea of what your purchasing. Ive purchased incorrect accessories that were incomptable and I made that known in the store. Turns out it was the wrong size and I went back 10 min after purchase and they exchanged it with no issue. Great shop and I recommend them!!

Ive traveled for my job and visited smoke shops in the tri-state area. This is the best smoke shop I ever visited. They have everything you could expect. They even have real right angled, tool pipe lighters. They also have small bags of tobacco as bigger ones dry before you finish them. A big selection too. They have different size cigarette filters, different sizes of papers even flavored papers. The element rolling tools they sell here are the best I ever used and Ive been rolling for 6 years. Vector fuel, I could go on and on. I never write reviews, but I had to for them. They deserve it.

I had bought a water pipe there and realized that I did not need it. I called them about an hour later saying that I would bring the piece in the wrapping still and all and they pretty much told me Im beat them hung up on me . I been a loyal customer bought100s of dollars of stuff from them and now I will never go there again and never will recommend anyone to that spot again .

Great place with an amazing selection! Some glass seems overpriced but most pieces are thick, durable glass, that last a while! I only wish they were open a little later, like tonight! I log on Google to check the time realizing theyre open till its 8pm. But I was able to get in and put before they locked the doors! Always excellent customer service!

This place is horrible, they sell disgustingly over priced trash falsely marketed. I was sold a "Quartz" bucket, which was obviously glass once it was heated up. After being under my torch for literally two seconds it cracked in half, and I use a pretty small sized torch. They sell trash and do nothing to fix a problem when their product fails.
