The immediate impression upon entering was disorganization as evident by the cluttered store. My immediate feeling was perpetuated by the scatter-brained employees, their slow service, and inattentiveness to customers in need of help. They are also low-ballers on used equipment. It was extremely clear that there is a lack of knowledge on sports equipment at this particular P-I-A. I have sold back far less quality gear at other P-I-A, and given higher/fairer offers. Overall, this particular P-I-A is not the place to go to sell back equipment. I did not wander around the store, so I cannot speak to their selection of gear, and prices. But at the same time, the unkempt presentation would have discouraged me from looking around if I was there to shop. I have had great experiences with other P-I-A (eg. Mt. Laurel), but this particular franchise did not live up to my expectation.

The only reason I am giving this place a one star is because there is no option for zero stars! I took in two pair of hockey goalie leg pads, one set brand new and they couldnt give me cash for them! I also brought ice/roller skates and the guy didnt know if he could buy them or not! I looked around their store and there was absolutely no ice goalie gear there and they clearly could of bought mine! They are extremely cheap there! I guess this goes with out saying but I will never go back and discourage anyone who wants to sell their used gear to no go to them!

Called to see if they were interested in purchasing several pair of soccer and football cleats (new in the box) never worn. The woman said they were not in season. Funny because both sports start next month. Also was told I could get $2.50 a pair for them when it was closer to season (for brand new in the box never worn cleats). Funny how they promote buying sports equipment, but do not actually buy it when you try to sell it to them!!!!

I called with a question this morning and the woman that answered the phone clearly wasnt there because she liked her job. It is your business to buy my equipment and sell me equipment, if you dont want to do it find a new job. She was extremely rude and I would not go there myself or recommend. I called another store in Jersey and they were great

This place holds extraordinary treasures for the friction of the price that goods are valyed. I found gently used ski boots for less than 30 and skates in decent shape for 10. Seen some great skis and amazing-buy snowboards. Keep up the good job Play it again sports.

I go there often to look for soccer gear or home gym weights. I prefer to work with Marcy had nothing but great dealings with her. I bought and sold tons of stuff here and have had nothing but great service

Decent place to buy sports stuff for a better price if the item is used. Got some good golf things from there. The store is mostly organized, and the service is good. New items are overpriced in my opinion.

Very helpful store personal as we recycled our outgrown sporting goods, although you wont get rich from your trade-in. Other items go to local charity, which is nice.

Best place to get used hockey gear. Its well worth the drive! I would suggest Play it Again Sports to anybody who wants to save money especially with growing kids.
