I have in my life been treated so nastily and rudely by someone in customer service as I just was treated by Lisa, a "manager", at the Street Road location. She called me a liar and was very condescending and rude as I tried to by clearance toys for our toy chest at the pediatric hospital I work for. I have been in that location many times and always had a good experience until now. With an employee like that, who needs enemies?? Lisa, karma will prevail!

Disgusted by this location. Stores an absolute mess. Went to get my son balloons for his first birthday and the beyond rude associate cant recall his name. Ali or al something of the such black frame glasses and no resepct. Avoid at all costs.

They have good collection of daily needs at less price range $1-$10. Usually quite. Not very much organized but I guess they do try with limited staff. I found staff quite neutral.
