Let me start out by saying I am a mechanic with my own business. Now that being said, its the commercial part of sales that this review applies to. I have been going here for years, and have seen a few people come and go but for the most part have always kept knowledgeable, loyal, and quality employees. I never have a problem with returns or honoring their warranties for free replacements on defective parts (it happens no matter the brand or store). The people are usually pleasant and happy to help and have gone out of their way to help their customers. Since Ive been shopping there for so many years, Ive gotten to know the upper level management (DMs & CMs) which are just as great. The parts are very reasonably priced, and offer high quality well known brands. The tools available (including the rental) are decent quality and I have little complaints... they do have cheaper tools too, but if in the industry, they can be easily distinguished. Hope the store with the people stick around for a while... rare for me to say with the chain store industry.

Not really happy at all with the service manager ..I paid with a debit, the product failed. I returned the item and asked for cash back as Im entitled to per original tender..DEBIT=CASH back per their posted returning guidelines that he even pointed out to...He said item over $20 (store policy) had to be returned to the card....He rushed the transaction and left the register...I looked at the policy and it clearly stated my entitlement to a cash return....This guy lied his butt off and I promptly called customer service to which they verified my complaint. He didnt know what he was talking about.made a fool.out of himself. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for my $ to post to my bank. Not cool... OREILLYS has a new customer now..

Could be 4 or 5 stars if the counter associates were trained better and had higher IQs. Otherwise, they usually have what you need or can have it for you within a couple hours.

Ordered my parts online about 10:00 PM. Just had to show the confirmation email and sign the receipt. Total time in store was less than 5 minutes.
