We have used Phoebes various times for prom flowers and now a wedding . Tanya, the consultant for weddings is very nice and sensitive to your desires, when you schedule an appointment for your wedding flowers come with pics of your brides maids dresses, groom suites, and your color themes, also if you have pics of something you saw on line that you liked, show her those pics so she will know exactly what you have in mind. Great professional service! if you go to a bridal fair where phoebes attended dont forget to mention it for a discount. Tanya is sensitive to pricing issues and to help you make selections that include flowers that are less-expensive avoiding exotic ones that may be beautiful but not necessary, or cant with stand the heat of a June wedding.

This place is fantastic. The staff (we had Chris) was superb. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and knew how to take the flowers I liked and create a masterpiece. Chris sounded really excited about my wedding which really made the event special. She even printed us Google map directions because our GPS broke on the way there. I highly recommend.

amazing professional friendly customer service. i ordered flowers for same day delivery and gorgeous arrangement was delivered as promised. prices are regular to other local florists but quality and service is beyond top quality ! Will definitely order from Phoebe Floral shop in the near future. Thank you for your wonderful work !

A bouquet was delivered to my home while I wasnt there, so I instructed the driver over the phone to leave the flowers on the porch. Unfortunately, they were stolen. BUT! Phoebe redelivered the bouquet the next day, and they were absolutely stunning. Truly gorgeous. Thank you so much!
